- The name you would like to include on the piece (the first name is included in the price. To add a middle or last name it is an additional $5).
- The color scheme you would like in your piece (for the mountains/stars/lettering). (I can color match a color you already have colors picked or I can let you choose from the color choices I have).
(Note: when color matching, I will get as close to the requested color as possible. I cannot guarantee an exact color match. Photos of closest color will be provided for customer approval before beginning the piece).
